VesselMaker is operated by Marco Siino (“we”, “us”). These Terms govern your use of the VesselMaker web app. By signing in and using the tool, you agree to them. You can reach us at siino.marco@gmail.com with any question.
VesselMaker is a browser-based tool for designing 3D-printable vases, bowls, planters, and similar vessels. Signing in with Google is required to use it (see Privacy Policy). Before public launch, the tool is additionally invite-only: having an account does not by itself guarantee access — see the invite-only messaging on the sign-in page for details.
You sign in with Google — there is no separate password to create or store. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure, since that's what controls access to your VesselMaker account. Signing in with a different Google account is treated as a different account, with its own entitlements; we don't merge or recover access across accounts.
The core editor, 3D preview, and export of free-tier designs are available at no cost. Some features and modifiers are premium: some premium features may be tried out in the live preview before you export, though this isn't guaranteed for every premium feature, now or in the future. Exporting a design that uses a premium feature requires an active Pro or Commercial subscription. For now, subscriptions are unlocked either by a redemption code or by a grant made directly by us — this is a temporary arrangement while we don't yet run automated recurring billing; we plan to introduce self-serve subscription plans in the future. Any prices shown elsewhere in the product are set outside of these Terms and may change; they don't modify what's written here.
You may design, export files (e.g. STL/3MF), and save project files for your own personal use — including printing physical objects from them and keeping copies on your own devices. Digital files may never be used commercially or distributed to anyone else, whether they're exported meshes or saved project files, under any subscription tier — this includes uploading them to marketplaces, file-sharing platforms, or any other channel where someone else could obtain the digital file.
The only commercial use we permit is selling physical objects you have printed yourself, and only for as long as you hold an active Commercial subscription. This isn't limited to the moment a sale happens: your subscription must stay active for the entire time an object is offered, listed, or otherwise made available for sale through any channel — an e-commerce site, a marketplace, a physical shop, or anywhere else. If your subscription expires or is cancelled while an object is still listed or offered anywhere, you must stop offering/selling it immediately — this applies even to objects printed while your subscription was active; printing something during an active subscription doesn't grant an ongoing right to sell it once the subscription lapses. Personal use — printing for yourself or as gifts, or keeping digital files privately without distributing them — is always allowed, regardless of subscription tier.
The VesselMaker software — its source code, design, user interface, and branding — is owned by us. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership or license in the software itself, beyond the rights explicitly granted above regarding your own designs. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, tamper with, or otherwise attempt to circumvent any protection, licensing, or entitlement-verification mechanism of the service.
VesselMaker generates a 3D mesh (STL) intended for FDM 3D printing. We aim for manifold, slicer-ready output, but we don't certify or guarantee the structural strength, water-tightness, or food/liquid safety of anything you actually print — that depends on your printer, material, print settings, and post-processing. If you plan to hold liquids, use with food, or sell prints to others, you're responsible for testing and for complying with any applicable safety standards or regulations.
Any misuse of these Terms — including unauthorized commercial use or distribution of digital files, or selling/offering physical objects without an active Commercial subscription for the whole time they're offered — may result in permanent termination of your account, a report of the infringement to the relevant marketplace, platform, or hosting provider (for example, a DMCA takedown notice or the equivalent under applicable law), and legal action against you, at our discretion.
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms, without affecting designs or files you've already exported to your own device.
VesselMaker is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the tool or of anything you print from your designs.
If these Terms change materially, we'll update this page and the “Last updated” date above.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to us as the operator of the service, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
